You will bridge the gap between complex data experimentation and strategic business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Execute early-stage data experiments and Proof of Concepts to derive actionable insights.
• Analyze and manipulate datasets using SQL and Python for exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Translate intricate data findings into visual reports and compelling stories for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through documented cleaning and preprocessing processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data experiments with strategic business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business experience in digital, analytics, or data science projects.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Pandas, Databricks, and PySpark.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex datasets.
• Strong written communication skills for reports and presentations.
• Professional use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint).
• Ability to work with limited supervision and self-seek solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Business with a focus on Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Quality System & Compliance, ERP, BOM data, or Medical Device environments.
