Description

You will drive data-driven decision-making and transparency within the Digital and Technology organization by delivering actionable insights to the CDTO.

Responsibilities

• Identify key metrics and establish KPIs for technology infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Develop, standardize, and maintain automated, scalable data sources and visualization dashboards.
• Translate complex data into simplified insights to shape D&T strategy and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to prepare reporting for regular operating reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with Enterprise Data and Security teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis within technology teams.
• Proficiency with dashboarding products such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of ETL tools and techniques.
• Foundational understanding of cloud data platforms.
• Strong expertise in data management, modeling, and analytics design.
• Deep understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, and operations.
• Advanced data storytelling and presentation skills to influence cross-functional partners.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the insurance industry.
• Master's degree or advanced professional certifications.
