Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and govern AEM DAM operations across environments.
• Define and maintain asset lifecycle governance standards.
• Configure metadata schemas, taxonomy, tagging, and search structures.
• Manage asset ingestion, uploads, versioning, and archival processes.
• Ensure asset quality, compliance, and governance standards.
• Support publishing and approval workflows.
• Monitor and optimize asset organization and discoverability.
• Troubleshoot AEM operational and access-related issues.
• Coordinate with Adobe Support and internal technical teams.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and process guidelines.
• Support user onboarding and access management activities.
• Enable integrations and ensure smooth DAM operations.

Experience Required:

• 7-12 years of experience in Digital Asset Management and AEM administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets.
• Expertise in DAM operations and asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with metadata management, taxonomy, and tagging strategies.
• Knowledge of rights management, governance, and compliance processes.
• Experience managing asset ingestion, versioning, and archival workflows.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and identity management concepts.
• Strong operational, documentation, and process management skills.
• Experience troubleshooting AEM operational issues.
• Understanding of enterprise content management environments.
• Azure exposure is an added advantage.
