Description

You will manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and system reliability for the Digital Line of Business.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Respond to incidents and outages to diagnose problems and minimize system downtime.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to increase operational efficiency.
• Manage underlying infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud resources.
• Develop and maintain release engineering processes for software deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency in scripting languages including Python and Bash.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java and Go.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience using monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
• Understanding of network protocols and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and change management processes.
