Description

You will manage the end-to-end implementation of Digital Branch, Multifunction/Smart Kiosk, and ATM technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with lending, risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders to document comprehensive business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.
• Lead project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure scope and budget adherence.
• Manage iterative development, sprint planning, and feedback cycles within an Agile environment.
• Map current processes to identify automation opportunities and streamline digital branch operations.
• Oversee testing activities and resolve issues to ensure system stability and usability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis.
• Direct experience with Digital Branch, Multifunction/Smart Kiosk, or ATM financial technology.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management within financial services.
• Ability to manage technical requirements and external vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with PMP, Scrum, or Agile delivery.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or CPAM certifications.
