Drive online adoption and improve customer experiences by supporting self-service capabilities through data-driven recommendations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into specific product features and user experiences.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Consolidate multiple data sets to create actionable insights and measure success via KPIs.
• Organize sessions with Product Owners to capture business context and document findings.
• Recommend continuous enhancements to self-service solutions based on analysis and user feedback.

Required Skills

• Experience performing data analysis across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to apply statistical methods including distributions, regressions, probability, and sampling.
• Proficiency in using a hypothesis-driven and 80/20 approach to problem-solving.
• Capability to structure analyses that achieve specific business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of business process and policy concepts, such as customer setup and process flows.
• Experience working in an Agile environment using JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations using mockups and data.

Preferred Skills

• Background in online analytics applications, preferably Adobe Analytics.
