You advance digital initiatives and support digital transformation efforts within the Digital Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for digitization and automation.
  • Collaborate across teams to analyze workflows, recommend tools, and support project scoping for redesign and improvements.
  • Evaluate and implement new digital tools or platforms aligned with optimized processes.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate pilots and proofs of concept to validate digital solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with digital transformation, IT modernization, or systems implementation.
  • Proficiency in assessing, documenting, and improving workflows across cross-functional environments.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay systems and ERPs.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
