You advance digital initiatives and support digital transformation efforts within the Digital Solutions team.
Responsibilities
- Assess current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for digitization and automation.
- Collaborate across teams to analyze workflows, recommend tools, and support project scoping for redesign and improvements.
- Evaluate and implement new digital tools or platforms aligned with optimized processes.
- Design, execute, and evaluate pilots and proofs of concept to validate digital solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with digital transformation, IT modernization, or systems implementation.
- Proficiency in assessing, documenting, and improving workflows across cross-functional environments.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating software solutions.
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay systems and ERPs.
- Experience with Power Automate and Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
