Description

You will advance digital initiatives and support transformation efforts within the Digital Solutions team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current systems and processes to identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
• Collaborate across teams to analyze workflows, recommend tools, and support project scoping for process redesign.
• Evaluate and implement new digital tools or platforms aligned with optimized processes.
• Design, execute, and evaluate pilots and proofs of concept to validate digital solutions and enable adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate software solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with digital transformation, IT modernization, or systems implementation.
• Proficiency in assessing, documenting, and improving workflows across cross-functional environments.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay systems and ERPs.
• Proficiency with Power Automate and Salesforce.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• BA/BS in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
