Description

Own the implementation, design, and migration of iManage environments as an individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional workshops to assess current environments and document iManage configurations.
• Design and execute data migration strategies, resolving anomalies to ensure successful transformation.
• Liaise with engineering teams to provide client feedback that shapes future product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and product owners to finalize migration plans for iManage Work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with iManage products, including implementation and environment setup.
• 5+ years of experience in a Business or Systems Analyst role working with enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of DMS-iManage Preview Server, DMS-iManage RAVN Indexer, and DMS-iManage Work 10.
• Proficiency with DMS-iManage Work for iOS, DMS-iManage Work Server, DMS-Threat Manager, and DMS-Threat Manager v10.
• Proven experience defining data strategies, integration activities, and email/messaging system integrations.
• Expertise in setting up disaster recovery, recovery, and scalability requirements for iManage.
• Strong background in architectural design and the Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering Enterprise Content Management or Information Governance solutions in legal, professional, or financial services.
