Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-grade digital commerce architectures, bridging Salesforce CRM with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, and middleware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures for complex digital commerce ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration between CRM, eCommerce, and backend systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business process, data model, system, sequence, and process flow diagrams to guide development teams.
• Lead integration strategy for Salesforce, ERP, Middleware (Boomi), and Web Content Management Systems, adhering to application security best practices.
• Collaborate with globally distributed, multi-country teams to deliver scalable solutions within agile frameworks.
• Consult with Blue Chip clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Commerce or Salesforce Architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM features, capabilities, and ecosystem.
• Proven experience integrating CRM with eCommerce platforms and ERP systems.
• Strong background in Middleware integration, specifically with Boomi.
• Consulting experience within a leading IT consultancy or large corporate environment.
• Ability to work effectively with agile methodologies and globally distributed teams.
• Development or systems engineering background with full project lifecycle experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Blue Chip clients in complex, multi-country environments.
