Description

You will manage and organize content, catalogs, search capabilities, and data analytics across the firm’s intranet and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage content and documentation across SharePoint and other digital platforms.
• Design and maintain site collections, libraries, lists, workflows, taxonomy, and metadata.
• Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels to ensure data security and compliance.
• Monitor content performance using analytics and optimize based on data insights.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency, relevancy, and proper document lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in SharePoint administration or content management.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with content data analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics, SharePoint usage data reports, and ServiceNow Content Analytics.
• Familiarity with document lifecycle management and metadata management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the legal industry.
