Direct the strategic and technical delivery of digital services across state portals and web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic and technical direction for NC.gov and the Digital Commons Support site.
• Administer information architecture and data strategy for new onboarding websites.
• Lead agency teams in developing and adopting information architecture based on usability requirements.
• Execute Drupal-based technical tasks including views, menu management, permissions, and module configuration.
• Implement Google search and analytics across all websites on the Digital Commons platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years leading teams in Information Architecture development and adoption.
• 5+ years as a Webmaster managing content and digital strategy direction.
• 5+ years in Drupal-based technical execution for enterprise-level CMS platforms.
• 5+ years with Google search implementation and web analytics.
• Expertise in managing information architecture and data strategy for website onboarding.
• Proven ability to use KPIs and UX research tools to drive digital strategy.
• Proficiency with CMS administration and complex module configuration.
