Description

Lead the technical implementation of Dynamics 365 CE, PowerApps, and PowerPages solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design sessions and conduct client workshops from discovery to go-live.
• Direct D365, PowerApps, and PowerApps Portal implementations and CRM migrations.
• Create interface design documents and functional design documents.
• Assist with system configuration, data migration deliverables, and troubleshooting customizations.
• Provide ongoing technical support and manage on-site and off-site client engagements.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE implementation.
• Experience with PowerApps and PowerApps Portal / Power Pages.
• Hands-on experience leading CRM migrations.
• Proficiency with PSA.
• Knowledge of SFDC Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SFDC Community Cloud.
• Knowledge of SFDC Platform Cloud.
• Knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle.
