Description

You will design, automate, and maintain enterprise-scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations as the platform subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data extensions, suppression lists, automations, journeys, imports, and extracts.
• Build and maintain data privacy processes to ensure CAN-SPAM and GDPR compliance.
• Partner with internal data, business, and agency teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Maintain secure and stable environments by following Salesforce best practices.
• Document best practices, business procedures, and master data maintenance for super users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, development, and administration.
• Proficiency in AMPScript, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and WSProxy.
• Experience managing Contact Studio and data flows using APIs, MC Connect, and file transfers.
• Strong background in database management, segmentation, and ETL processes.
• Working knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL Server, and Teradata.
• Experience designing complex data models and configuring business intelligence applications like Tableau, Datorama, or Informatica.

• Experience with Datorama.
