Description

Design and develop custom Dynamics 365 solutions using C# .NET, Dataverse, and Azure cloud services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules, including Plugins and Power Automate flows.
• Architect multi-tier applications using MVC frameworks and lead full-lifecycle development efforts.
• Develop and deploy Web Services, Function Apps, and Logic Apps within Azure Cloud environments.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to design patterns.
• Translate client requirements into user stories and technical design artifacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customization and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET and Web Services development.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Plugins, Power Automate, and Logic Apps.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Platform Apex, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and PeopleSoft Functional CRM.
• Experience with Power Pages or custom .NET/C# portal development.
• Ability to guide technical teams and influence decision-makers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service or Customer Insights.
• Background in configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud or Pardot.
