Description

Analyze clickstream data from websites and mobile apps to drive customer behavior insights. You will own the analysis pipeline within a data warehouse environment and translate technical findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clickstream data to identify user patterns and behavior trends.
• Perform data segmentations and optimizations to improve digital performance.
• Create visualizations and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Utilize Adobe Analytics to report on and analyze user behavior.
• Translate technical findings into clear presentations for non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with clickstream data (website and mobile app).
• Experience using Adobe Analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working within a data warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with modern data science tools and platforms.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
