You will execute end-to-end digital design projects from concept through implementation to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities
Create email assets for weekly promotional cadences, triggered communications, and loyalty campaigns using predetermined templates and a focus on personalization.
Partner with Site, Social, and Email teams to ensure visual cohesion across all campaign elements.
Provide all design assets and technical instructions to Email Developers for implementation.
Apply brand identity, visual voice, and style guide conventions to every digital communication.
Manage multiple work streams and prioritize deliverables to meet deadlines without sacrificing design quality.
Required Skills
2-3 years of experience in digital visual design for marketing or advertising projects.
Proficiency in Figma.
Advanced skill in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Intermediate skill in Sketch, HTML, and CSS.
Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong typography and layout hierarchy skills.
Proven ability to create unique design elements and solve visual problems.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience with AfterEffects.
Previous experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment.
