Description

You will design emails and mobile marketing assets to support ecommerce, email marketing, and CRM/loyalty initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create email assets for weekly promotional cadences, triggered campaigns, transactional emails, and loyalty programs using predetermined templates.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, including design, messaging, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with Site, Social, and Email teams to ensure campaign cohesion across all digital elements.
• Provide all necessary assets and technical instructions to Email Developers for implementation.
• Apply brand identity, visual voice, and style guide conventions to every communication.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital visual design for marketing or advertising projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with Sketch and Graphic Design principles.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Strong typography, layout hierarchy, and color theory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to translate complex issues into clean, focused visual solutions.
• A strong online design portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a similar field.
