Description

You will design assets to support internal workplace activations, well-being strategies, and external employer branding across social media, web, and in-person recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Concept and develop static and animated assets for workplace experiences, live events, and well-being activations.
• Translate internal content for external use on social channels and career websites.
• Design assets for email newsletters, intranets, digital signage, and print collateral.
• Adapt promotional and video content for large-scale lobby displays.
• Evolve and create new graphic templates while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize tasks and ensure on-time delivery.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a similar field.
• An online portfolio demonstrating refined typographic sensibility.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of web, display, and print technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Express.
• Ability to develop storyboards and visually communicate motion concepts.
• Experience with pre-flight, print file setup, large-scale environmental displays, photography, or video editing.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to enhance workflow or output.
