Description

You design static and animated assets for internal workplace activations, external employer branding, and recruiting events.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create graphic assets for workplace experiences, live events, and well-being activations.
• Translate internal content for external use on social channels and career websites.
• Design email newsletters, intranet pages, digital signage, and print collateral.
• Adapt promotional and video content for large-scale lobby displays.
• Maintain and evolve graphic templates while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent.
• Online portfolio demonstrating refined typographic sensibility.
• Proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of web, display, and print technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Express.
• Ability to develop storyboards and visually communicate motion concepts.
• Experience with pre-flight, print file setup, large-scale environmental displays, photography, or video editing.
