You lead digital program delivery across web, mobile, cloud, APIs, and customer portals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering excellence through Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native best practices.
• Align digital initiatives with enterprise strategy by collaborating with business and global technology stakeholders.
• Mentor diverse teams of engineers, architects, product owners, and QA professionals.
• Manage vendor partnerships to ensure delivery scalability and efficiency.
• Foster innovation using AI/ML, Low Code/No-Code, and modern UI/UX.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery.
• 5+ years in digital engineering leadership roles.
• Strong background in Java Stack and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in API Development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Proven success in digital modernization and legacy-to-digital transformation projects.
• Experience managing large distributed teams (onsite-offshore model).

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive leadership capabilities.
