You will drive technology strategy, solution design, and innovation across digital transformation engagements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex digital transformation programs.
• Guide teams in building modern, scalable, and resilient applications using microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Champion AI and Gen AI–driven engineering practices, embedding intelligent automation across the SDLC.
• Lead technical solution design, estimation, and proposal preparation for client pursuits.
• Oversee architecture governance to ensure technology choices align with customer strategy.

Required Skills

• 20+ years in software engineering, digital solutioning, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record in solution architecture and proposal response for large digital transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of modern architecture: microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native principles.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience integrating LLMs and AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong exposure to application modernization, full-stack development, and DevSecOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, bridging business goals and technical implementation.
