Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify customer pain points and drive operational improvements.
• Measure the effectiveness of customer support content on websites and AI-driven chatbots.
• Translate business objectives into functional data requirements and assess technical feasibility.
• Create data visualizations, presentations, and written summaries to communicate actionable intelligence.
• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analytics role.
• Advanced SQL skillset.
• Expertise in Power BI.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience within a technology or digital customer experience domain.
• Strong data storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to bridge business objectives with technical requirements.
