Description

You will own the end-to-end development, release management, and performance tuning of high-traffic Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5+ implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain JEE web applications, Apache Sling, Sightly, Apache Oak, Dispatcher, and AEM components using Java, OSGi, and front-end technologies.
• Build and integrate REST APIs for eCommerce and hybrid CMS architectures, ensuring scalability and microservice tradeoffs are addressed.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including GIT pipeline setup, release management, and data migrations from legacy CMS platforms.
• Implement content personalization using Adobe Target and optimize caching strategies for SPAs and high-traffic sites.
• Configure and tune enterprise application server performance while integrating AEM with commerce tools, analytics, and CRM systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with JEE web applications, Apache Sling, Sightly, Apache Oak, Dispatcher, WCM/DAM, JCR suite, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JSP, ReactJS, Angular, NextJS, jQuery, Ajax, JSON, XML, and XSL.
• Deep understanding of servlets, services, microservice architecture, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and content personalization tactics.
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks, search/SOLR, and metadata/tag management.
• Experience configuring and tuning performance on enterprise application servers.
• Any Graduate degree.
