Description

You will build, configure, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites, portals, and communities. You will customize Experience Builder pages, components, and templates to meet specific business needs. You will integrate Salesforce CRM data into custom experiences using declarative tools and Lightning components. You will configure role-based access, permissions, sharing models, and user profiles for Experience Cloud users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Experience Cloud sites, portals, and communities.
• Customize Experience Builder pages, components, and templates.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM data using declarative tools and Lightning components.
• Configure role-based access, permissions, and sharing models.
• Manage multiple priorities and solve complex integration problems.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of experience in IT, software development, or Salesforce ecosystem roles.
• Hands-on experience building or supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud sites.
• Strong proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs) or Aura Components.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, flows, permissions, CMS).
• Understanding of responsive design and web accessibility standards.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or JavaScript Developer I.
• Knowledge of middleware tools like Mulesoft or Boomi.
• UI/UX design awareness or experience working with design teams.
