Description

Drive and coordinate end-to-end digitization projects focused on data automation and service implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify digitization projects to transition manual data and Excel-based processes into automated workflows.
• Manage end-to-end service implementation, including data governance, delivery, and testing.
• Coordinate integration of systems such as PIM, CPQ4S, bFS, and SAP.
• Drive backlog prioritization in collaboration with the Services Tools & Process Chapter.
• Facilitate coordination between Lines of Business, Digital teams, and Commercial teams for development and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in end-to-end (E2E) implementation.
• Direct experience with data governance and digitization workflows.
• Hands-on experience managing delivery and testing phases.
• Familiarity with service management systems including PIM, CPQ4S, bFS, and SAP.
• Ability to manage complex system integrations (e.g., PDM-PIAM-SAP, PaPM-bFS).
• Experience working with functional specifications and backlog prioritization.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
