Responsibilities

• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage marketing automation systems.
• Analyze digital marketing performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize search marketing efforts including PPC and SEO strategies.
• Proactively implement digital marketing improvements and technology updates.
• Present findings and insights to large groups or leadership.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, PPC, and SEO.
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing.
• 1+ years of experience with marketing automation systems.
• Knowledge of Web Analytics and Email Marketing.
• Foundational skills in Web Development, including HTML and CSS.
• Strong analytical or technical background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Analytics and Web Personalization Platforms.
• Bachelor's degree.
