Description

You will lead program management, product expertise, and technical automation for Opticamp initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales teams across regions to ensure Opticamp events run smoothly and meet expectations.
• Customize Opticamp content based on event requirements and maintain the centralized presentation deck.
• Develop lead lists using data analysis and define cross-channel objectives for marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with sales and product leadership to communicate success metrics and gather feedback.
• Automate manual activities and create seamless workshop experiences using Apps Script.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management and leadership.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, specifically Performance Max campaigns and recent features.
• Proficiency in technical analysis and automation using Apps Script.
• Experience with basic analytics and dashboarding tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging agency practitioners.
• Ability to train teams on product changes and features.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cross-channel objectives and lead generation strategies.
• Proven track record of creating measurement structures for campaign effectiveness.
