Description

You will manage the creation, compliance, and submission of digital assets for state filing processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit digital assets for compliance review and state filing.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure assets meet checklist requirements.
• Resolve state filing objections in a timely manner.
• Gather data from various sources to build mockups for state filing.
• Coordinate deployment details for the development team and maintain the digital filing master document in Confluence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat file editing.
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of PDF mockups and supporting documentation.
• Strong organizational skills to balance long-term projects and immediate deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Confluence.
• Experience in the health insurance or Medicare industry.
