You will drive brand visibility and audience engagement through data-driven growth marketing, SEO, and content strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth campaigns using SEO, email marketing, paid ads, and community building to increase traffic and conversions.
• Develop and optimize SEO-driven content focused on blockchain, fintech, and Web3.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs including organic traffic, CTRs, and retention using analytics tools.
• Manage social media and community engagement via influencer partnerships, AMAs, and newsletter distribution.
• Conduct keyword research, link-building, and content audits to improve search rankings.

Required Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in growth marketing, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Experience utilizing social media insights for organic engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Bitcoin, Ethereum, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
