• Optimize platform GMV and ROAS targets to meet business goals.
• Manage lead generation efforts for seekers.
• Direct creative direction and social media follower growth strategies.
• Analyze campaign breakdowns to deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proven ability to manage GMV and ROAS metrics.
• Experience with Outbrain and Adroll platforms.
• Strong data analysis and adaptation skills.
• Degree in Journalism, English, or related fields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges.
• Any Graduate degree.
