You will lead retail brand marketing strategies for key products across multiple retail concepts to drive consumer demand and sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market retail marketing strategies to influence consumers at all in-store touchpoints.
Collaborate with North America Brand Marketing, Store Merchants, and Visual Merchandising & Styling teams to align on seasonal and 365 product stories.
Partner with concept marketing teams to build holistic seasonal store brand plans and ensure proper product representation.
Work with Retail Design teams to define how product storytelling and experiences are executed in-store.
Coordinate with digital brand counterparts and app experts to integrate in-store digital experiences with the consumer journey.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in retail brand strategy development and implementation.
Experience managing small-to-large fleet and vertical retail environments.
Deep understanding of sport consumer shopping behaviors, retail journeys, and industry trends.
Proven track record of implementing test and learn marketing frameworks.
Ability to use business data and consumer insights to inform marketing plans.
Strong proficiency in collaborating across matrixed functions including Stores Merchants, Retail Brand Design, Brand Marketing, and Digital Brand teams.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
Demonstrated ability to balance creative storytelling with commercial business needs.
