Description

You will lead the development and tactical implementation of email marketing programs and marketing automation workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute email trigger and nurture campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage customer segmentation strategies and maintain marketable email lists within the CRM to ensure deliverability.
• Direct email marketing projects, including strategy, prioritization, and tactical execution.
• Oversee external vendors and agencies regarding CRM projects, UTM tagging, and campaign reporting.
• Design and layout email templates using HTML editors and drag-and-drop interfaces.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Eloqua, or Mailchimp.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and database querying.
• Technical ability in HTML design for email templates.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data segmentation and list building.
• Experience building automated customer journeys and nurture workflows.
• Ability to lead vendor discussions regarding tool selection and implementation.
