You will manage the execution and oversight of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company pillars and legal guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate agency-developed content to ensure it is expert-verified and aligned with company pillars.
• Oversee CRM campaigns, specifically WhatsApp, ensuring linkage with content and community efforts, and tracking KPIs.
• Liaise daily with creative, social, CRM, and vendor partners to guarantee on-time deliverables.
• Consolidate agency, website, and social reports into a single monthly dashboard with clear insights.
• Ensure all consumer journeys and data capture meet legal and internal guardrails.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or CRM management.
• Proven experience managing CRM campaigns, specifically WhatsApp.
• Ability to track KPIs and consolidate reports into monthly dashboards.
• Experience liaising with creative, social, and vendor partners.
• Knowledge of legal guardrails for consumer data capture.
• Strong coordination skills for agency-managed content.
