You will drive digital growth through community management and integrated marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media communities by answering customer questions and providing professional service in coordination with technical and warranty teams.
• Produce content including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media copy by working with product and strategic marketing teams.
• Execute social media strategies and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent deployment across channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with channel managers to align outbound marketing tools with key initiatives and track project milestones end-to-end.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms or brand communities.
• 3+ years of experience working in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven background in SEO, social media, and digital content creation.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and copywriting.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects, including timelines, assets, and deliverables.
• Proficiency using analytics tools to report on metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Bachelor's Degree in communications, advertising, public relations, business, or a related field.
• Experience with Sprinklr, Netbase, Sprout, Cision, or On24.
