Description

You manage global tool fulfillment processes, systems support, and data quality for the Tooling Global Operations Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned tool centers toward Global Tooling KPIs and supporting metrics.
• Provide platform support and technical guidance for SAP Ariba, SAP ETM, and Salesforce to tool centers and stakeholders.
• Deliver business intelligence regarding tooling fulfillment and management to assigned regions.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to analyze Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and onsite quality measures.
• Coordinate testing for all major digital platform enhancements and support global projects.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of practical SAP experience.
• At least 2 years of practical Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and pivot tables.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or four years of equivalent industry experience.
