Description

You will manage daily updates for digital products, coordinate with news, broadcast, and radio teams, and support the digital product roadmap. You own the release pipeline, triage bugs, and ensure service quality through UAT.

Responsibilities

• Manage and triage reported bugs, liaising with stakeholders to provide resolutions.
• Monitor digital service quality and conduct user acceptance testing with Product teams.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support major and minor product releases.
• Build microsites for special projects using WordPress and manage contest tool builds.
• Compile, test, and schedule newsletters based on content team requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a digital production role, preferably in media or radio.
• Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design for email templates.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress.
• Extensive use of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or DOMO.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and evaluation techniques.
• Bachelor's degree.
