Description

You will engineer and maintain critical customer-facing applications across the platform and application tiers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot environments across the full architecture, from applications down to infrastructure.
• Ensure critical services are engineered for scalability, availability, and resiliency, including fault isolation and quick recovery.
• Identify root-cause issues and design corrective actions to improve overall quality assurance.
• Support and monitor service load balancing architectures, including F5 and VMware AVI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on administration experience at platform and application tiers.
• 5+ years experience troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on Linux administration experience.
• 3+ years experience with Oracle SQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Flink, Postgres, or similar data technologies.
• 1+ years supporting and monitoring service load balancing architectures.
• Intermediate/expert level ability using automation/configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, GitLab, and Liquibase.
• Functional knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, Bash, SQL, .NET, Java, PHP, Ruby, Perl.
• Strong knowledge of Observability/Monitoring tools (e.g., Glassbox, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, BigPanda AIOps).

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate education required.
