You will own platform engineering responsibilities supporting critical customer-facing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot environments across the full architecture, from applications down to infrastructure.
• Engineer critical applications for scalability, availability, and resiliency, including graceful degradation and fault isolation.
• Identify root-cause issues, articulate corrective actions, and design quality assurance improvements.
• Apply expert technical skills to maximize efficiency and reliability of current platforms and infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on administration experience at platform and application tiers.
• 5+ years troubleshooting environments across the entire architecture.
• 3+ years of hands-on Linux administration experience.
• 3+ years experience with data technologies such as Oracle SQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Postgres, or similar.
• 1+ years supporting and monitoring service load balancing architectures (F5 & VMware AVI).
• Expert ability to apply troubleshooting and optimization skills across the full stack.
• Intermediate to expert ability using automation tools like Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, GitLab, and Liquibase.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud Architect or Engineer Certification (GCP, Azure, AWS).
