Description

You will manage and architect digital platforms to support omnichannel marketing and commercial operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select digital platforms for omnichannel marketing, including websites and consent management.
• Configure Veeva CRM and SFMC in a scalable manner to meet affiliate business needs.
• Design simple digital architectures to ensure seamless, timely data flows across all platforms.
• Oversee platform implementation and execute business rollouts to drive user adoption and monitor KPIs.
• Design content architecture to manage the storage and flow of approved promotional content through MLR review processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in pharma commercial operations or pharma omnichannel marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Experience managing data flows across multiple digital platforms.
• Proven track record working with marketing and sales teams at pharma clients.
• Ability to design content architecture optimized for global and local MLR review processes.
• Experience communicating business impact and technical solutions to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with pharma content hubs and MLR review workflows.
• Deep understanding of the technical aspects of pharma commercial platforms.
