Description

Lead digital product strategy and execution for the Commercial Banking line of business, owning the lifecycle from conception to launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories for technology and data science teams.
• Manage backlogs and prioritize features to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design intuitive interfaces that meet key business objectives.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and manage cross-functional dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or business analysis.
• Proficiency with JIRA for backlog tracking and project management.
• Experience using Figma for interface design collaboration.
• Experience using Postman for API testing.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data integration processes.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and API development.
• Ability to translate complex features into clear user stories.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services.
• Experience working with AI/ML products.
