Description

Drive the implementation of Marketing Sales Platform capabilities to enable personalized marketing across secure sessions, public sites, branches, and email.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex digital functions and contribute to large-scale planning for digital strategy execution.
• Author and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, UML, use cases, and business rules.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and business partners to elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and create test strategies for new decisioning logic within Pega CDH.
• Coordinate information flow between product, business, and technology teams through Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of digital product management or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• 4+ years of consultative business analysis or related technical experience.
• Proficiency in producing User Stories, UML, and Use Cases.
• Experience with Web Service level data mapping and creating sequence diagrams.
• Ability to translate complex technical data for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
