Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog and coordinate testing efforts across cross-functional teams.
• Define business value for platform capabilities and features.
• Interpret test data and use analytics tools to measure performance and inform decisions.
• Manage competing stakeholder needs through clear communication and presentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product development, content platforms, or digital optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of agile methodology and backlog management.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage competing stakeholder needs.
