Description

You will translate business goals and end-user needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, set goals, and lead roadmapping, story writing, and roll-out strategies.
• Execute small-scale pilots and A/B testing to validate concepts and achieve product-market fit.
• Facilitate Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals to drive iterative refinement.
• Conduct in-person user research to test hypotheses and refine product assumptions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams to resolve impediments and drive value.
• Use data and analytics to track product performance and inform decision-making.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in digital product management.
• Experience with Agile Product Management.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in turning customer insights into actionable priorities.
• Bachelors Degree.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Masters degree.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• 1–2 years of experience in Agile product management.
