Description

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for workplace and collaboration technologies, focusing on Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product delivery, managing backlog, prioritizing work, tracking dependencies, and coordinating with engineering, security, and vendor teams.
• Drive AI-enabled use cases within the Microsoft ecosystem while balancing innovation with governance and data privacy.
• Establish and track metrics for adoption, performance, and ROI, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Lead enterprise change and adoption efforts, managing communications, training, and stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for status reporting, risk management, and resolving complex delivery issues.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years experience as a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner in a large enterprise setting.
• Hands-on ownership and delivery experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva).
• At least 1 year of applied AI or GenAI product experience, preferably in enterprise productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC execution, backlog management, and cross-functional delivery in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change, communications, and adoption initiatives at scale.
• Experience with Product Owner methodologies.
• Familiarity with M365 and GenAI concepts.
