You will lead the creation and refinement of connected digital experiences for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, legal, and healthcare compliance.
• Develop and configure digital solutions using content management platforms and associated tools.
• Drive customer-centric product strategy to improve the patient journey through integrated online and offline experiences.
• Participate in user testing and feedback cycles to continuously improve the product suite.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine product requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in digital product management within healthcare or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Experience using digital product development tools.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for working across multiple internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end digital product lifecycles.
