Description

You will own the full digital product lifecycle, driving enterprise-wide initiatives from ideation through launch and continuous improvement.

You will develop product roadmaps and long-term visions to guide technical and business departments. You will analyze data to inform product decisions and collaborate across large organizational teams to implement product-first mindsets. You will solve complex problems by influencing both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems by influencing technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product operations, with at least 5 years in product management.
• Proven experience working within organizations of 1,000+ employees.
• Mandatory SAFe Certification.
• Expertise in roadmapping and product visioning.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, and the MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, AI/ML-based product development, or AI/ML environments.
• Product management certifications such as Pragmatic Institute, AIPMM, or Product School.
• Experience using Aha.io for roadmapping or transitioning organizations from Program to Product Management.
