Description

You will drive the development, market launch, and continuous improvement of digital products, channels, and features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complete product specifications, including cross-functional business requirements.
• Drive user-centered development by engaging with UX, technology, and business teams.
• Plan and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with the delivery manager.
• Conduct market evaluations and elicit user feedback to adjust roadmaps and solve real market problems.
• Identify and maintain risk, legal, and compliance requirements for global market launches.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of software product management or IT product development experience.
• 5+ years defining desktop and web-based applications.
• Experience working with multiple business stakeholders to drive the product funnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Visio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex pain points to diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate creative thinking into strategic tactical plans.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Marketing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in digital product development within the health and wellness space.
• Master's degree or relevant honors degree.
• Strong appreciation for design and narrative storytelling.
