Description

You own the digital product lifecycle from concept through ongoing iteration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI/ML features into product offerings.
• Drive iterative product development using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to shape feature strategy.
• Oversee data integration and cloud infrastructure implementation across AWS and Snowflake.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management with full product lifecycle ownership.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML technologies within product development.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, specifically CMC space.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Snowflake DB for data warehousing and analytics.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services and modern data architecture.
• Strong capability in stakeholder communication and management.

Preferred Skills

• Technical knowledge of data platforms, pipelines, and MLOps frameworks.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in pharma product development.
