Description

You design intuitive interfaces and end-to-user journeys for mobile and web platforms, ensuring alignment with product features and design system patterns.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify customer needs and pain points for authenticated and non-authenticated journeys.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design interfaces that align with product features, user stories, and established design system patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to deliver design-ready specifications.
• Participate in usability testing sessions and analyze results to provide design recommendations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Miro.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to design for both mobile applications and web platforms.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, mockups, and interaction flows.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Experience with authenticated and non-authenticated user experience design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
